Currently seeking an experienced system engineer to work closely with a small team to maintain, troubleshoot, design, and implement systems related to Resolute infrastructure business processes, operations, and systems. Qualified applicants should have a strong background in various information technologies and systems engineering. Additionally, applicants should possess strong communications and support skills and be able to work within a small, diverse team to accomplish business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, monitor, and maintain business systems and infrastructure
• Oversight of infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, various software, and system management tools
• Ability to identify issues and proactively troubleshoot to ensure high level of system availability, accessibility, and reliability
• Maintenance of systems security, including patching, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Competency in writing and maintaining systems documentation
Minimum Requirements:
• BS/MS degree preferred or applicable technical certifications
• 5+ Years’ Experience – Microsoft Active Directory Experience (DNS, Group Policy, Backups, Site Replication, Security Groups, User Administration, etc.)
• 5+ Years’ Experience – Microsoft Windows Server Administration
• 5+ Years’ Experience VMware ESXi 6.5+, vCenter, Site Recovery Manager
• Familiarity with SQL Server Administration and Server Configuration
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365 cloud suite (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Enterprise patch management
• Experience with HPE server solutions
• Microsoft Exchange Online email administration
• Experience with Email Security solutions (Mimecast, Microsoft Defender, Barracuda, Proofpoint, etc.)
• Familiarity with Enterprise Storage Systems SAN/NAS (NetApp preferred), Fiber Channel, iSCSI, NFS
• Enterprise Networking experience – (Cisco/Meraki preferred) – Wireless networks, switch and port configuration, VLANs, VPN
• Enterprise data backup and redundancy processes
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) – (Microsoft Intune preferred)
• Systems & Software Monitoring / Alerting
