Dee Ann Harn, SHRM-SCP is the second-generation CEO/ President and Owner of RFI. Dee Ann has served in many capacities within RFI including central station operator to sales. Dee Ann is the current Board Chair for the San Jose Chamber of Commerce.

CFO

Michelle Brooks has been with RFI for over 26 years, and in her role of CFO since January 2011. Michelle’s extensive background in financial roles from sales auditor to cash accountant makes her adept in overseeing the varied financial aspects of the organization.

General Manager - Seattle

With 20 years’ experience, Dan Ricci came to RFI in 2011 as a technician and moved up though Project Management to his current leading our Seattle office. He enjoys time in the outdoors with family and is a lifetime member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
